Visma Acubiz is taking over the Swedish company Dicom Expense, which was previously owned by the Belgian Visma company MobileExpense. The takeover merges Visma Acubiz’s strong position in the Danish market within Expense Management with Dicom Expense’s solid market knowledge and expertise in Sweden.
The takeover is part of a strategic restructuring aimed at creating commercial synergy and strengthening the Visma Group’s overall presence in the Nordic Expense Management market.

Strengthened presence in the Nordics

With the integration of Dicom Expense, Visma Acubiz takes an important strategic step in the Nordic market. At the same time, the initiative supports the ambition to continuously expand and strengthen Visma Acubiz’s solutions within Expense Management throughout the Nordic region.
