TL;DRAcubiz and business travel agency ATPI have integrated their systems so that airline bookings automatically flow into the expense management process: eliminating manual receipt handling for travel costs. Finance teams receive a complete, digital audit trail from booking confirmation to ERP posting, with no manual steps in between.

The partnership between Acubiz and the business travel agency ATPI helps companies with a seamlessly digital flow from booking of airline tickets to travel expenses in the ERP system. Today many mutual customers benefit from fully integrated digital solutions.

Acubiz collaborates with many travel agencies, whose cooperation with the global business travel agency ATPI goes back many years. ATPI specializes in the maritime industry and ensures that seamen and other offshore employees arrive at destinations around the world – at the right time and at the best price. It requires close cooperation with the customer to plan the trips optimally and in good time – otherwise travel expenses can be a negative surprise, says Kim Fuglsang, CEO at ATPI Denmark:

Nykredit and Acubiz forge a partnership, introducing the NEM – Nykredit Expense Manager app to aid small businesses in managing expenses, mileage, and receipts. This collaboration combines Nykredit's MasterCard solution with Acubiz's two-decade expertise in Expense Management. The NEM app, launching soon, aims to make business operations 25% more efficient, as per a recent survey.

TL;DRAcubiz and Nykredit have partnered to launch NEM, the Nykredit Expense Manager app, targeting Danish businesses with 1 to 10 employees. The app combines Nykredit's MasterCard Business solution with Acubiz's two decades of expense management expertise, and a Nordic survey confirms the partnership can deliver an average 25% efficiency improvement for small businesses handling expenses digitally.

Nykredit Bank launches an app targeted the company’s business customers, which will make it easier for business owners with 1-10 employees to register expenses, mileage and handle receipts. The app NEM – Nykredit Expense Manager – is the result of a partnership and close cooperation between Nykredit and Acubiz.

“At Nykredit Bank, we are committed to giving our business customers a little more time in everyday life by creating administrative easing, and the combination of our MasterCard solution and Acubiz’ app is an excellent example of how we can succeed together,” says Carsten Kruse, Director of Retail Business at Nykredit.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – It is now a reality

As GDPR rolls out, Acubiz celebrates two years of proactive preparation. With expert guidance from the Horten law firm, Acubiz navigated complex data agreements, highlighting the challenges of varied GDPR interpretations across EU countries. Adaptation remains key in this evolving data protection realm.

TL;DRAcubiz began preparing for GDPR two years before it came into effect on May 25, 2018, working with law firm Horten to develop data processing agreements early and treating the regulation as a competitive opportunity rather than a compliance burden. The process was complex given the varying interpretations of GDPR across EU countries, but Acubiz completed it with agreements in place for nearly all customers.

As of 25th May GDPR is now a reality. Acubiz looks back at two years of getting ready for this day. The law firm Horten has played an important role as adviser for the preparation of Acubiz’ data processing agreements – a process, which Acubiz’ CEO & Founder Lars de Nully initiated early on.

Partner of Horten law firm, Mads Nygaard Madsen tells that “The approach Lars de Nully has had to the GDPR is highly ideal – to see it as an opportunity rather than a burden.” Already two years ago, the two of them began outlining Acubiz’ data processing agreement, which was early compared to other organisations.
