Anonymous usage statistics and feedback questions in Expense
Expense collects anonymous statistics and sometimes asks short feedback questions to improve the service. Here you see what is collected and how the administrator turns it off.
đ Anonymous usage statistics
Expense collects anonymous statistics on how the web is used, for example which features are used most and how people navigate. The data can't be linked to you as a person and is only used to develop Expense.
đą Both the statistics and the feedback questions are only in the web, not in the app.
đŦ Feedback questions (Survicate)
Sometimes a short question shows in the Expense web, for example after you have submitted an expense report or used a new feature. The questions come from the tool Survicate and take a few seconds to answer.
Examples of questions:
- How easy was it to complete this task?
- What were you missing in this flow?
â Answering is optional. The answers are used to prioritize new features and improve workflows and help articles.
đ Applies to: everyone who uses Expense. The settings are made by the administrator.
âī¸ How the administrator turns off statistics or feedback questions

- Uncheck Allow tracking to turn off the statistics.
- Uncheck Allow Survicate to turn off the feedback questions.
- Click Save.
âšī¸ If you have already turned off Survicate, that choice still applies.
