As an Acubiz pro user, it is possible to create a ticket for our Support Team. You can create a ticket through our chatbot at the bottom of this website or via Acubiz Help Center.
Be aware, that if you are not a pro user, your company will be charged DKK 750 to create a ticket.

Our Support Team provides support for Acubiz pro users only.
All organisations have specially trained and dedicated Acubiz users, also referred to as pro users. These pro users are often found in Finance Departments.
