👥 When do you need more licenses?

• 👤 New employees will start using Expense
• 💳 More people will get company cards

ℹ️ Licenses are for users. Administrators and approvers do not need a license for those roles, only if they also use Expense as users themselves.

📄 How to order

1. Fill in the order form for new licenses.
2. Send the form.
3. Expense activates the licenses.
4. Add and invite the new users, see Step 4: Add and invite users.

📊 How many can I order?

💰 Invoicing

• The new licenses are invoiced according to your existing agreement, on the same terms as your other licenses
• If you add licenses in the middle of a quarter, you only pay for the rest of the period, see License invoicing mid-quarter (pro rata)

• 📅 Plan your license needs ahead of new hires and order in good time
