Create a mileage allowance in the Expense app

🚗 Step 1 – Register the trip

1. Open the Expense app and tap the plus sign (+).
2. Choose Create mileage allowance.
3. Fill in the date and choose the vehicle type: own car, electric car or petrol/diesel.
4. Enter the distance in one of two ways:
   • Write the number of kilometers and the destination.
   • Or tap the map icon, choose From and To and whether it is a round trip. Expense then calculates the kilometers for you.
5. Write a comment if needed and tap Save.

✅ The mileage allowance is registered and the allowance is calculated automatically.

💡 When you have saved, you can create a new trip right away. Handy if you have driven several routes on the same day.

👉 Applies to: business trips with your own car or a company car.

📤 Step 2 – Submit

1. Under To Do, choose To account and open the expense report.
2. Check your mileage allowances and expenses.
3. Go to the Info tab and tap Submit.

✅ The expense report is sent on for approval.
