Duplicate warning when you register

⚠️ What does the warning mean?

Expense has found an earlier registration with the same date and amount.

👉 Applies to: you who register receipts, expenses, mileage allowance or travel expense reports.

🔍 What to do when the warning shows

1. Open the earlier registration, for example through the history in the app.
2. Compare the date, amount and receipt.
3. If it is a duplicate: delete or adjust the item.
4. If it isn't a duplicate: continue and submit as usual.

✅ The warning doesn't stop the expense report. You decide.

📌 This is usually not an error

• 🚆 A round trip on the same day
• 💳 The same amount on different receipts
• 🍽️ Two different purchases with the same amount on the same day

✅ Then you can continue without changing anything.

📤 If you submit despite the warning

• 📤 The expense report is submitted as usual
• 👀 The marking is visible to the approver and administrator
• ✅ The item can be reviewed in the next step
