Handle card transactions as they arrive

📷 How to do it

Photograph the receipt in the Expense app or email it right after the purchase. The receipt is saved in your receipt archive.
Wait for the notification that the transaction has arrived. It normally takes 1–2 days.
Open the transaction and check that the receipt is linked. It is often matched automatically.
Account for the purchase.
Submit the expense report according to your company's routine.

✅ When the card invoice arrives, your purchases are already done.

👉 Applies to: you who have a company card, an FUP card (Corporate Liability Private Card) or an FiF card (Corporate Card with Individual Invoicing).

💡 Turn on push notifications in the app, so you see right away when the transaction arrives.

📄 When do I submit the expense report?

Card type	Submit
💳 Company card	When the card invoice has arrived and you have received a notification
💰 FUP and FiF cards	Whenever you like during the invoice period, so you get reimbursed faster

🏷️ What does Non-billed mean?

If your purchases arrive before the card invoice has been created, the expense report gets a temporary name, for example Non-billed: 2026 Oct Nr: 1. When the invoice arrives, the expense report is renamed to the invoice number.

No, you can account for the purchase as soon as the transaction has arrived.

How quickly does my purchase show in Expense?
