License invoicing mid-quarter (pro rata)

📄 What does the invoice say?

Licenses that are added during an ongoing period are recalculated based on how much of the period remains. The invoice says:

Adjusted Pro Rata to the subscription period

👉 The number on the invoice is only used to calculate the price. You have access to all the licenses you have ordered.

👉 Applies to: administrators and finance managers who review the invoice for Expense.

The share is calculated per month. In the example, the licenses are invoiced for 2 of the 3 months in the quarter: 5 × 2/3 ≈ 3.30.
