Link several receipts or attachments to the same purchase

Does a purchase have several receipts, or do you want to attach a participant list or other documents? Add them to the same purchase in the app or the web, so everything is in one place.

📎 When do you need several attachments?

  • 🧾 A purchase has several receipts
  • 🍽️ You want to attach a participant list for representation or a conference
  • 📄 You need to add more documents afterwards

👉 Applies to: company card purchases and your own expenses.

📱 Add more receipts in the app

  1. Tap + and choose Create purchase.
  2. Photograph or choose the first receipt.
  3. Write a comment and tap Save. The purchase must be saved before you can add more attachments.
  4. Open the purchase. On Android, tap the camera icon. On iPhone, tap Add image on the image.
  5. Photograph a new receipt or choose one from your receipt archive.
  6. Tap Save.

✅ All files are linked to the same purchase.

💡 Do you have a long participant list, for example from a conference? Photograph it and attach it as an image.

💻 Add more attachments in the web

  1. Go to My Expense > My expense reports and open the expense report.
  2. Click the plus button in the expense report. Your receipt archive opens.
  3. Choose a receipt from the archive, or choose Upload file.

✅ The attachments are added to the same purchase.

❌ Detach a receipt

If you have linked the wrong receipt, you can remove the link.

1 Open the transaction Open the transaction
2 Open the receipt image Tap the camera icon
3 Tap the box in the image and choose Delete Choose Detach

✅ The receipt is detached from the purchase but stays in your receipt archive.
