Log in through your company's own domain

Every company has its own login address for Expense, for example yourcompany.dicomkontera.se. It takes you straight to the right environment. Here is how you log in the first time.

Your login address is unique to your company. It takes you straight to your environment, with your settings and accounts, and makes it harder to end up on the wrong login page.

🔐 Log in the first time

  1. Open the link in the welcome email from your administrator, for example yourcompany.dicomkontera.se.
  2. Log in with the username and password from the email.
  3. Change to your own password.

✅ You are logged in and can start using Expense, in the web and in the app.

💡 Save the address as a bookmark, so you find the right page next time.

No, you always log in through your company's own address. Both websites have a Find my login link that helps you find the right address.

I haven't received a welcome email?
Contact your administrator. The invitation is not sent automatically when you are added.

I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
Click Forgot password or username? on the login page. See Forgot your password? Reset it.
