Master account for group companies
With a master account, a user who works in several companies in the group can switch between them without logging in again. Expense Support turns on the feature, and you as an administrator decide which companies the user gets access to.
🏢 How it works
| Step | What happens | Who |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | The feature is turned on for your company | Expense Support |
| 2 | The user verifies their email address in each company | The user |
| 3 | The companies are linked to the user's account | The administrator or the user |
| 4 | The user switches between the companies | The user |
👉 Applies to: administrators in groups where the same person works in several companies. See also Get started with Expense for several companies in a group.
📩 Step 1 – Ask support to turn on the feature
Contact Expense Support and ask them to activate the master account for your company. Wait for confirmation before you continue.
📧 Step 2 – The user verifies their email

- Go to Administrate > Persons and open the user.
