📱 How to turn on the feature

💡 The switch is in the same place as push notifications. If you don't see Suggest exchange rate, your administrator hasn't activated the feature.

✅ Exchange rates are now suggested when you register expenses.

👉 Applies to: you who register expenses in a foreign currency.

💱 When you register an expense in a foreign currency

• 🌍 Expense recognizes the currency
• 💱 An exchange rate is suggested automatically
• 📊 The amount is converted to your base currency (SEK by default)
• ✏️ You can adjust the rate if it is wrong, if your company's policy allows it

🔍 Don't see a suggestion?

• ⚙️ The feature must be activated by your administrator
• 🌍 The currency must be set up in Expense
• 🔄 Update the app to the latest version

Do I have to enter the exchange rate myself?
No, Expense suggests a rate when the feature is turned on.

Can I change the rate?
Yes, you can adjust it if needed, depending on your company's policy.

Where does the exchange rate come from?
Expense gets market-based exchange rates from Open Exchange Rates and Exchange Rates API.

Why isn't a rate suggested for my currency?
The currency is probably not set up. Contact your administrator.
