Why isn't a receipt matched to the company card?
Expense links the receipt to the card transaction when the date and amount match. If it doesn't, you can see what is wrong here, and link the receipt yourself.
🔍 How the matching works
Expense compares the date, amount, supplier and city on the receipt with the card transaction. If they match, the receipt is linked automatically.
👉 Applies to: receipts for purchases with company cards, FUP cards and FiF cards.
