How do I handle receipts for your savings bank company card?

With Acubiz you snap the receipt in the app after the purchase. The purchase with your Betalkort Företag from your savings bank is fetched automatically via Entercard, and AI matches the receipt to the transaction. Approved expenses post straight to the ERP.

What happens to Expense?

Expense is now part of Acubiz. Existing customers do not need to do anything right now and will be informed in good time before any changes.

No. You keep your savings bank and your existing company cards.

How do the card transactions get into Acubiz?

Through a secure transaction feed from Entercard, which issues Betalkort Företag for the savings banks. Acubiz sends the consent, so you do not need to configure anything.

Does it work with both company and personal payment responsibility?

Yes, both when the company and when the employee is responsible for payment.

Can I do travel expense reports and per diem with my savings bank company card?

Yes. Add the trip with departure and destination, domestic or abroad. The rules for per diem, VAT and entertainment are built in and updated automatically.
