How it works

Easy integration between Acubiz and AirPlus

1. Secure transaction feed
AirPlus delivers card transactions to Acubiz via an agreed data feed, set up through a data-exchange agreement.

2. User/card mapping in Acubiz
Incoming transactions are associated with the correct employee in Acubiz using identifiers provided in the issuer’s feed.

3. Expense processing & export
Transactions become expense items in Acubiz for documentation/approval; digital receipts are stored in Acubiz’ archive and can be included/linked in accounting exports to your ERP.
