When software is implemented in a company with employees spread across 16 countries, even the most experienced employee may get a bit nervous. VAT refunds, mileage allowances, and expenses are important to each employee – and mistakes must be minimized, especially with a new system.
Fortunately, the process with Acubiz went smoothly.
“It was a really good process where we clarified needs such as VAT refunds and a digital mileage log. However, the process ended up being a bit extended as more companies joined than we had anticipated – but that’s only a good thing,” says Alan Lustü, Key Account Manager at Visma Acubiz.

By implementing Acubiz’s solution, Kompan took a significant step towards optimizing their internal workflows. Today, Kompan has replaced their slow, manual processes with digital expense management, ensuring both better accuracy and improved insights.
“Having Acubiz makes it much easier for employees not to lose their receipts. Now they just take a photo of it and send it into the system immediately. Having a digital solution also makes it easier to ensure the approval of all receipts,” says Søren Hansen, Senior Controller at Kompan.
